Original House (built in 1910). The house as we found it- and lived in for a year while designing the new house. 1100sf, 1 1/2 stories, and a cement block foundation. Lots of roses and full sun exposure. Sadly very little is left now (my one regret), although we did transplant most of the roses to our house on Whidbey Island.
