Monday, May 19, 2014. LCHF Chronicles - Day 13. Still feeling great and normal. Had energy to make it through an entire day being stay-at-home dad today. It's now 10pm and I'm still going strong. Introduced a ton of carbs today. It's so hard to spend a day with the kids and stay on the diet. I ate:. 2oz of ice cream (leftovers from kids cone). 1/2 an apple (leftover from Camille). Wednesday, May 14, 2014. LCHF Chronicles - Day 10. Morning 'til 4 pm. Today has been the most normal day I've had since starting this diet. Woke up with decent energy levels. This is despite a good workout late last night. Had energy throughout the work day. Even made it through a company softball game with sustained energy. Stomach feels more normal today, but still a bit of that "solid" feeling. Muscles tend to retain soreness after physical activity; but not as fatigued as before. Poop is still hard.
