For Easter, Gran Gran and Pa Pa took us all to see Disney on Ice. We had great seats! First row after rink seats. Landyn had a total blast! Mickey went through several wardrobe changes and they had characters from tons of different Disney movies. Landyn especially LOVED Toy Story! This scene was from Princess and the Frog. Landyn partied like a rock star 4Th of July weekend (he stayed up until 11 both nights). Friday we celebrated in Coppell with his buddy Christian. They had fun running threw the open field and playing games at the different booths that were set up. And Saturday we went to a Festival in Frisco. When the fireworks first started he was very excited and started jumping around. After about 5 minutes he was totally over it. He kept saying "Bye-Bye, Bye-Bye? Links to this post. We went to the Arboretum Monday in hopes to get Landyn's picture taken with the live bunny. Yeah. That didn't happen. The lines were ridiculous! The lines were pretty much crazy for everything. We did however, get a chance to do a craft, and visit the petting zoo. I just thought it was SO cute how Landyn and his friend Natalie were holding hands throughout the entire park. We have really been enjoying this nice weather and visiting the parks. Last week we went to Duck Pond Park to play and feed the ducks. He was especially excited to feed the ducks AND himself! He would throw some bread to the ducks and then stuff a big chunk of bread in his mouth. I kept telling him that bread was for the ducks but he insisted. Good thing I had just bought a fresh loaf to take out there. Needless to say he didn't eat much dinner that night. Overview of the pond. Big Boy Hair Cut.

Natalie learned to jump off the side of the pool, swim to the edge, and float on her back. We are so PROUD of her! With more practice, she will swim like a fish just like Daddy. Thursday, February 11, 2010. February 11, 2010, was a record-breaking snow day for DFW. We have NEVER seen this much snow! The Dallas / Fort Worth area got 12.5 inches (32 cm) of snow in one day! The snow started early, around 3am. We got up at 7am and saw of the blanket of snow everywhere! Amazing. Beautiful. The kids were looking out the window with this look of wonderment! Natalie kept saying, "it's snowing outside," and Ryan saying "da, da, da." Of course, we had to go outside and enjoy it ;).
