1 πακέτο ρολό με γέμιση της αρεσκείας μας. 1 πακέτο ζελέ της αρεσκείας μας (είναι καλύτερα να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ζελέ παρόμοιο με τη γέμιση του ρολού αν είναι δυνατό). Λίγα φρέσκα φρούτα της αρεσκείας μας. Λίγη τριμμένη σοκολάτα για το γαρνίρισμα. Κόβουμε το ρολό σε 4 κομμάτια και τα τοποθετούμε στη βάση ενός μπωλ. Ετοιμάζουμε το ζελέ με τις οδηγίες του πακέτου. Προσθέτουμε τα φρούτα στο ζελέ και τον ρίχνουμε στο μπωλ. Αφήνουμε στο ψυγείο να παγώσει. Ετοιμάζουμε τη σαντιγί και με αυτή γαρνίρουμε το triffle.
