The Long Distance Runner. Mot sub 3.00. Seg avslutning på januari. Januari 30, 2011. Efter helgen i Orsa kände jag mig superpeppad på att få en fantastisk träningsmånad. Jag yttrade, utan att ta i trä, att ”nu kommer jag i alla fall att få över 20 timmar den här månaden”. Tji fick jag. Så i måndags small det till. Tänkte stanna hemma, men jag behövdes på jobbet. Lite ur mitt liv;). Träna när man är otränad suger! Nu börjar jag fundera lite på om det var så jävla smart av mig att sluta träna för 2 - 3 år sen. För fy fan va jobbigt det är att komma tillbaka. Jag har ingen som helst kondition och mina muskler är svagare än någonsin. Hoppas att det är som många säger att har man vart vältränad så tar det inte allt för lång tid att komma tillbaka. Har även fått ett erbjudnade som jag inte vet om jag kan tacka nej til, för shit va roligt det skulle vara!
