Tuesday, September 25, 2012. I had to go check it out! Now, onto the Tacos Dorados: Potato tacos mixed with panela cheese, Oaxaca cheese and epazote. Topped with lime infused cabbage salad, pickled red onions and carrot-habanero salsa. Garnished with fresh chopped epazote and cilantro. Daaaaaamn these were GOOD!
