Saturday, May 12, 2012. My daughter Aly turned 3 on Cinco de Mayo so we decided to throw her a fiesta(with Dora the Explorer thrown in a bit.) I made tissue paper balls in place of typical balloons. They were a fun, festive decoration. We had a make your own taco bar, another delicious cake from Hippie Chick. And margaritas and Mexican beer for the adults.
