My Battle with Diabetes and Weight Loss. Monday, November 7, 2011. Here it is, another Monday. It's been a hectic week with lots of fast food, not a good thing for dieting or stomach problems. But surprisingly, I've lost two pounds in the last week. It was a welcome surprise, and a great incentive to try harder this week. Over the weekend, daughter Mary introduced me to a new facebook page, EasyLunch Boxes. Which are recommended on this page, and look forward to trying some of the ideas I have found here.
