注意小節　「腸」保健康. 文／丁彥伶諮詢／國泰綜合醫院大腸直腸外科主治醫師　張世昌. 台灣知名導演楊德昌去年突然驟逝，影藝圈許多人才知道他罹患結腸癌辭世，而歌手楊烈，則是在戲劇演出中找到影藝生涯第二春時，也意外爆出罹患大腸癌而開刀，大腸直腸癌已經連續多年佔上台灣人前五大致死癌症之列，而它的發生率也有愈來愈高的趨勢。除了癌變以外，許多腸道疾病更是擾人，我們每天都要吃、喝、拉、撒，腸道也無時無刻不在工作，到底該如何保護我們的腸道，才不會辜負它的貢獻呢？ 9679;預防大腸癌：所有的排便習慣改變都要警覺眾所皆知，高雄縣長楊秋興在多年前因大腸癌住院切除，至今他的健康狀況良好，原因不是他很幸運，而是他有接受定期的健康檢查，因此在早期時就發現大腸癌而及時治療，另一位台灣知名導演柯一正的大腸癌也順利開刀切除，據他表示，他其實全無症狀，也是因為進行健康檢查發現，但已經是第三期，所以趕快接受治療而保住一命。所幸比較沒有症狀的右側大腸發生病變的機率，相對於會引起症狀的左側大腸來得低，約有七成五以上的大腸癌發生在左側，但民眾對任何排便的改變都要提高警覺。 9679;從便便看健康也因此，便便和大腸的健康息息相...
