Friday, January 8, 2010. Here it is. The cake me and Beth spent over an hour. And a half on at 8:00 pm! I was impressed compared to the way it started out. I mean seriously compare, pretty now. unpretty then! We were so proud! Of course i did the green! Beth particularly enjoyed the frosting! This is what it started out as. Sad, strange, little cake! Don't you feel inspired now? Go bake a cake! Catching up on Christmas. Christmas was a blast from opening presents, to stuffing ourselves full of food!

Tuesday, April 13, 2010. We had a BLAST at california and disney parks. It was so much fun to hang with family and not worry about homework and school. This is on the NEW Finding Nemo ride it was a submarine! Graffiti at Venus Beach. IT WAS AWESOME, and a little creepy there. This is at seal beach. We needed to leave but Ethan was reluctant! Me and Jessica waiting in line at Pixie Hallow! See if you can find the fairy in the background. She is camouflage (and a statue.). It looks like a lot of fun!

Monday, July 25, 2011. Our sweet Lindsey Jo turned 15 years old. She is growing way too fast. She will be attending Desert Hills High school in the fall and is on the Cheer Squad. My Kitchen, So Far. Thursday, December 15, 2011. Pioneer Woman's Favorite Meatloaf. It's no secret that I love ALL things. This meatloaf recipe is no exception. Serve it with some mashed potatoes, corn casserole. And a green salad and you've got one of my favorite meals! 1 cup Whole Milk. 6 slices White Bread. 2 pounds Ground Beef (I use 1 pound ground beef, 1 pound ground turkey). 1 cup (heaping) Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese. 1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt. Freshly Ground Black Pepper. 4 whole Eggs Beaten.

Gives you perspective on how different just a word or two can make a headline. I love how the New York Times is so complex and punctuation heavy: A noticable trademark.
