Julie, Mom always led me to believe that she only had a dress for her wedding.and she never said anything about a veil. They got married at the Parsonage, with no one there. That is all she ever told me about their weddin.but look she did have a long wedding dress and a veil. Wow! She is so beautiful and Dad is so very handsome! Posted by Linda at 6:04 PM. Linda's Thoughts from Duluth: Black Friday - Not for Me!!
http://lindainduluth.blogspot.com/2011/11/black-friday-not-for-me.html
Linda's Thoughts from Duluth. Sunday, November 27, 2011. Black Friday - Not for Me! NoI did not participate in Black Friday shopping. I didn't even shop during the day on Friday, or Saturday or today! I really think it's sad that the stores open earlier each year, and this year opened at midnight! I'm really not much of a shopper. Never have been. I never feel I have the money to really shop, and so it makes me more "nervous" than "happy". I don't get the high that some get. Labels: Black Friday - NOT ME.

Linda's Thoughts from Duluth. Tuesday, August 29, 2006. We would all go crazy! All of us would be emotional wrecks if we did that. The same goes for the losses we have had, we must not become obsessed over them. We must resist the temptation to do so. Memories and losseslets keep both of them in the proper prospective. Remember we have the Present , let us live in the present and be happy. Posted by Linda at 11:41 AM. Links to this post. Posted by Linda at 11:17 AM. Links to this post. A quick note befor...

Linda's Thoughts from Duluth: June 2006
http://lindainduluth.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Linda's Thoughts from Duluth. Wednesday, June 28, 2006. My verdict is in. Tonight is the first time I have ever gone to a movie on the first day of its release. My son and I went to see " Superman Returns. It was very good. We both enjoyed it. It had lots of adventure, drama, and I will say Superman was kept quite busy! Kevin Spacey was great as Lex Luther, and reminded us so much of Gene Hackman! The actress playing Lois Lane, probably the cutest Lois Lane we’ve had, coming very close to the original.

Linda's Thoughts from Duluth: October 2006
http://lindainduluth.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
Linda's Thoughts from Duluth. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Yes, I still have my Slow Down post-it on my speedometer. I’m going to keep it there as a reminder to slow down, and remember that I'm driving in town not out in the country! But, some days I forget, and I fall into hurry sickness. Here is the poem I want to share with you. This poem is taken from. The Book of Grace. Slow Me Down, Lord. Slow Me Down, Lord. Ease the pounding of my heart by. The quieting of my mind. Of the eternal reach of time.
