Saturday, September 01, 2007. I don't know where the summer went! We had very warm days but I am sure not the level that we had last summer which set a record. We are now in the more temperate days ( I hope! There is only 1 month left in the regular baseball season. Rather than do things I should do, I watch wall-to-wall baseball some days! Sunday, September 02, 2007. A Lovely September Day. We had a brief Administrative Council meeting following church today. The process for the sale of our parsonage is moving along well. The offer we accepted is now on its way to our attorney. I came in to watch the Twins game and read the Sunday paper. I fell asleep somewhere along the line. I believe the Twins lost. I switched to the Cubs game and I haven't checked the score on that either. I slept through supper. Gadzooks! Hopefully she will be okay.

Wednesday, May 24, 2006. I'm right here in Duluth, MN! I recovered (I think! From the sinus mess. I saw my orthopedic surgeon and we decided to hold off on fixing my left knee. Now I am not so sure that is a good idea. The knee is being very annoying - makes it hard for me to walk very much. We'll see! Maybe fall is too long to wait. I didn't even shop during the day on Friday, or Saturday or today! I really think it's sad that the stores open earlier each year, and this year opened at midnight! I'm really not much of a shopper. My son and I went to see " Superman Returns. It was very good. We both enjoyed it. It had lots of adventure, drama, and I will say Superman was kept quite busy!
