Meanwhile, back at the bat cave… | Trying out Netduino
https://netduinoblog.wordpress.com/2015/06/26/meanwhile-back-at-the-bat-cave
My experiences with Netduino. Meanwhile, back at the bat cave…. June 26, 2015. Working with resistors and soldering I wasn’t getting any data from the second sensor I tried. (BMP…). So frustrated with this I flipped sides and started with Arduino. It’s there that I discovered the Grove Shield, a LOT easier to work with sensors this way. After getting it working with Arduino I discovered another board. The Seeedstudio’s Linkit One. Lovely thing, it has WiFi, GPRS, GPS and is also Grove compatible. Notify ...

Keeping track | Trying out Netduino
https://netduinoblog.wordpress.com/2013/11/25/keeping-track
My experiences with Netduino. November 25, 2013. Next I wanted to be able to store the data somewhere, keeping a log of my temperature sensor, and future ones. Following controller is work in progress in trying to save to an SD Card. It’s not working yet. It works now, I should have used “ SD ” in my path. Apparently you can’t write to the root folder. Only scan for files or directories. Results (interval is 30 min):. Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window). Share on Facebook (Opens in new window).

https://netduinoblog.wordpress.com/2013/11/25/sensing-the-environment-onewire-temperature-sensor-ds18b20
My experiences with Netduino. Sensing the environment – OneWire Temperature Sensor (DS18B20). November 25, 2013. Using the following setup, I have been able to read the temperature using the DS18B20 Sensor. I have created a controller based on the OneWire class. And sample code found here. In case of multiple sensors read here. Now as you might have noticed, I have also added a base controller for temperature readings which can convert to temperature values. Which uses an Enum:. Private static OneWireTem...

Netduino.. Speak! | Trying out Netduino
https://netduinoblog.wordpress.com/2014/04/17/netduino-speak
My experiences with Netduino. April 17, 2014. I have finally taken some time to look at ThingSpeak. A free online service where you can log data, which visualizes it in a nice graph. I used the uPLibrary. For NET Micro Framework and used it’s classes for ThingSpeak in a small controller. All this results in my Netduino logging its Temperature on ThingSpeak.
