Thursday Morning Yoga (1 hour class). 12 Drop In or $50 for 5 class card. 20 per group class or $72 for a 4 class card. 45 for 30-minute private session, $60 for 45-minute private session. Private Yoga with Daniela. 50 for private sessions or groups of friends. 50 for 45-minute private session. 70 for 60-minute private session. Workshops and other offerings will be priced individually. Trauma Sensitive Yoga (as developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA) is an evidence based, adjunctive treatment for developmental and complex trauma; these conditions are sometimes referred to as complex or treatment resistant Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. TCTSY is adaptable to all ages and levels. TCTSY can be practiced on a mat or in a chair. TCTSY is offered in a group setting or in private sessions.
