King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call". Mail Art and Random Weirdness. Thursday, March 11, 2010. Sorry Serendipity, I didn't mean to insinuate you were a perv, the clippings just stood out above the rest. Her decorated envelope was filled with more clippings for mail art submissions, some of which I may actually participate in this time! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call". Mail Art and Random Weirdness. Thursday, March 11, 2010. ASKA recently befriended me via the IUOMA website, and sent in this intriguing photo of a closeup of one piece of his artwork, along with a challenge to guess what it is. I'm guessing.the beard of a green-man statue? Or maybe an Echidna? He also asked that I promote his idea, by giving out his email address: aska.doll@gmail.com. King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call": April 2008
http://kingshanesmailart.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call". Mail Art and Random Weirdness. Wednesday, April 30, 2008. A new entry from "J.E.". He also included a trail of post-it notes that formed a letter, but WTF ever, I'm not scanning all that, the picture will do to show I received it. I really don't know what to make of this, why he's wearing mouse-ears, or who he is, but it's a thought provoking picture for those very same reasons. King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call": July 2008
http://kingshanesmailart.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call". Mail Art and Random Weirdness. Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Rick Gush's Rapmaster Pinocchio. I got this picture from Rick Gush, who also sent me a cat food box full of things to play with and covet. Called "Rapmaster Pinocchio" made out of what appears to be concrete. Sadly, Rapmaster Pinocchio's burgeoning career was cut short last Friday night, when he was found submerged in the bottom of the Bay. It appears to be foul play, but police have no leads at this time.

King Shane's "Free for All Mail Call". Mail Art and Random Weirdness. Thursday, June 19, 2008. And Lothar Trott.the 3rd. Here comes another round. I don't quite understand why he included a self made booklet of what appears to be a schizophrenic jumble of pornographic images and words, but I'm not complaining, maybe I'll try to unfold it and put it together later and see if it's really just one big work. I also got another invitation to send something back to him. At least that's what I think it is.
