It consists of a 1/2 mile swim, 14 mile bike ride and 3 mile run. Our family has a membership at the YMCA in our area and there is a trainer there that is in charge of the training. The kids colored each hole of the egg carton a different color and then we walked around the compound finding so many interesting things! We had lots of fun! Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche. 5 green onions, chopped. 1 tomato, seeded and chopped. 3/4 lb. bacon. 1 C sliced fresh mushrooms. 1/3 C sour cream. 1 C cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 C mozzarella, shredded. Coconut bars on a graham cracker crust topped with chocolate. 2 C graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 C melted butter. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 2 C sweetened coconut. 1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted. 1/2 C heavy cream.

Tuesday, August 16, 2011. 1 lb hot or sweet bulk Italian sausage. 2-3 medium sized sliced zucchini, depending on how many people you are feeding. 1/2 onion, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 c shredded cheese. Cook sausage in large frying pan. Drain. Add zucchini slices, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until tender. Drain if needed. Remove from heat. Haft ett par underbara dagar i solen! Massa bad och en härlig röd/brun bränna på det hela! Inbillar mig att jag mest är brun, men tror inte riktigt att det är fallet. Även vart i Varberg en snabbis för första gången på 100 år! Och ridit för första gången på 100 år! Var sjukt ovant att sitta på en stor häst men jag lyckades hålla mig ifrån att flyga av. Var ganska nära när det var galopp på g, tur att ingen såg mig för jag flög nog upp en halv meter vid varje galoppsteg. Kul var det :). Är kär i vädret!
