Scribomusings: October 2010

http://lisascribe.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Emil requested that I post this a long time ago. While it is sorely lacking in, well, good writing, it still never fails to entertain me. He had not yet seen her, and the silence seemed so thick, so sacred, that she was afraid to break it, so she crept quietly across the roof's span. She was close enough to touch him- to hold him, stroke his hair, to tell him everything would be all right. Oh, how she loved him! Did he call her name? So full of life! Monday, October 4, 2010.

Scribomusings: March 2011

http://lisascribe.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Saturday, March 26, 2011. This is an awful story I wrote in high school. I was quite proud of it then. Now I find it kind of laughable, but it did inspire my rather fabulous tattoo, and for that I am grateful. She saw him ahead of her and ran, her bare feet barely touching the soft wet grass. She ran quickly, trying not to laugh, knowing that he could disappear at any moment. Her long hair flew in her face and she stopped to push it out of her eyes, gasping for breath. He was gone. She nodded. "I cou...

Sunday, January 12, 2014. My first novel is to be published sometime this year by Vigilante Publishing Group. Which has motivated me to resurrect this blog. Here's an excerpt. These are the opening pages from the novel Free, a coming of age story about a girl trying to find her place in the world. Summer Tour, 1993. I’m in the back of a VW bus, sharing floor space with an overstuffed duffel bag, two guys who are sprawled out asleep, and a German shepherd named Rex. The duffel bag is mine. My name is Free.

Saturday, September 27, 2014. Some of my reviews. Thanks to all who reviewed. I really appreciate it. I loved loved loved Free! I read it in one night,I couldn't put it down. She seemed so real to me and the descriptions of different cities and towns painted such a clear picture, I felt I was right there. I can't wait to read more from Lisa Litberg! This is a great read! I'm already hoping for a sequel or a movie! This is a great read! Free is an excellent book, and very easy to read. The characters ...

Personal and Phone Readings. Personal and Phone Readings. October 29th, 2013. I remember from an early age knowing and sensing things that others did not know. I accurately predicted many events to my friends in grade school, which scared them. I learned to be quiet about my gift because I didn’t want to be laughed at or made fun of. As I grew older, I eventually discovered that I was naturally psychic and even more, could connect with those who have crossed over. Join The Wait List! Lisa will connect wi...

Lisa's Cross Stitch Paradise. Thursday, July 26, 2012. I know, I know I've been a bad blogger hanging head in shame. I've been in a weird mood all Summer and really don't feel like being on my computer. I really haven't been doing much else either for that matter. Well except for walking on my treadmill everyday ;) I've lost 20 lbs since the middle of June! I LOVE everything April! The next 2 are from the HOE perpetual Ornament Exchange. First up is the wonderful Ornament I received from Becky K. For the...
