Little Bee by The Sea. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. It's Been A Lil While. Sorry about the gap. I guess I've been busy? Well here is a little update. I've moved out of Cambria and am now living in Cayucos. I love it! As I've previously posted about Olive's pine pollen problem. and thankfully Cayucos has NO PINE TREES! I live right across from the beach and can hear the waves and bell from the boo-e (is it booie, booey? So what else, what else. This is a COOL story. What was I going to do? Buy gas and food?

Little Bee by The Sea. Monday, May 2, 2011. If there is one thing I miss most about Valencia (besides the fam) it is the warm weather. FINALLY the weather here is becoming semi-beach friendly. It is sorta hit or miss day by day. But on the days that are a hit, I am THERE: on the sand, enjoying the sun! I'm not the only one who has been enjoying the beach either. Wade and I have been bringing the dogs and they can be quite the entertainment on the beach. They always look so happy running around.

Little Bee by The Sea. Sunday, April 10, 2011. So due to an unexpected change in birthday plans, I got to spend Heather's 25th with her up north on the central coast! She spent a couple days up here and we visited all our favorite old vacation spots! We went to the rock in Morro, visited the old campground we would always stay at, and even tried to feed the seals (but it was closed). Isn't she the cutest? We also went wine tasting! I, of course, was the default DD(: and gladly took care of my lil babies!

Little Bee by The Sea. Thursday, March 31, 2011. March has been great! To say I'm blessed is an understatement! March has been sooo good to me and I figured since it's the last day of this glorious month why not do a little recap of what made it great? 1 Little Baby Boys! Two of my good friends welcomed their first little ones! They are best friends and their sons are guarenteed to be as well! His name is still being decided! Both are absolutely beautiful and I am beyond ecstatic for my wonderful friends!

Sunday, October 7, 2012. Last weekend we (Mr. E and myself) flew out to Texas to see my sister and family. Mr. E was a champ flyer. So if you're a coconut milk lover and curry lover, you'll be a lover of this. 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 can coconut milk. 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander. 3 tsp curry powder. 3 tbs soy sauce (I use low sodium). 1 1/2 tsp salt. He'd go over to the counter and grab one from the cooling racks, bring it over to me, split it in half and give me the other half, all while having the cutest little innocent smile. How could one say "no" to that? It's not possible. We ate a lot of cookies :). 1/2 cup of butter, softened. 1/4 cup white sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1/4 tsp baking soda. Cinnamon sugar (for rolling). 1/4 cup white sugar. 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
