Tuesday, August 10, 2010. For my niece's Riley and Petyon's birthday I said that I would take them to the Seattle Aquarium once their new brother Austin was born. So last week we went to the aquarium, then Red Robin's for lunch, and finished off the day with ice cream. They had a lot of fun. They got to see all of the fish, the sea otters and seals, and also get their faces painted. Jody and John Ellinger. Dinner at the Waterfront. Our view of Mt. Rainier. With John's Parents at Canlis.

Friday, May 27, 2011. What can I say about this Boy that I haven't already said? He's amazing, happy, smart, handsome, sweet, good natured, funny and usually listens to me bossing him around with few complaints and only the occasional eye roll. ( I think he gets that from me. ). We took him and a few of his buds to the arcade. It was a BLAST! WE kept it simple with the Fam. This year and just had grandparents over. Much easier. Screaming and constant nagging by them to play it more. Joe and his crew!

Just the way it is. Monday, February 7, 2011. The diet to end all diets.hopefully. Since I own a plethora of different weight loss books, videos, DVD's, plans and booklets, from previous diets of course. As well as a membership to the local Anytime Fitness, I narrowed it down to P90X and A higher protein low carb food plan. No bread, No rice, No pasta, that's the hard part. Isn't that the truth?
