Little Old Goose: November 2012
http://www.littleoldgoose.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 7 November 2012. Just watch the fireworks. Last Friday, 7 of us went down to Gunwharf. For dinner at Fire and Stone. And the annual fireworks display. We had a few bottles of booze and some yummy pizza then went out onto the deck to watch the show. The crowd of a few thousand were treated to 15 minutes of fireworks with music and they were bloody amazing! Posted by Little Old Goose. Saturday, 3 November 2012. Big news this week. H and I booked our first ever holiday together! I'm a big fan of ...

Thursday, 20 November 2014. Getting ready for a new pup. In 5 days we'll be bringing a new member of the family home with us. I'm so excited I could burst! We've been wanting a dog for what seems like forever, so when my parent's dog Boo had a date with a very handsome chap called Bow a few months ago, we knew that one of the Boo/Bow. Babies would be ours. They're such cuties. it was hard to choose but we've made our selection! All we need now is for him to get here! Posted by Little Old Goose.

Little Old Goose: October 2012
http://www.littleoldgoose.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, 21 October 2012. Not just for Halloween. I'm not a huge fan of Halloween, but with the 31st October fast approaching, I thought I'd share the closest thing to a Halloween ish recipe I have! I make it with Butternut Squash but you could easily swap it for Pumpkin if you fancied. This is one of my favourite dinners, I seem to make it more than anything else as it's just so easy. Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius / Gas mark 6. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. You're ready to serve. ...
Little Old Goose: Our little Rudi
http://www.littleoldgoose.blogspot.com/2015/04/our-little-rudi.html
Sunday, 26 April 2015. We collected Rudi way back in November. He has settled in so well and although it's been hard at times, he is definitely part of our little family. We adore the little bugger! He's so grown up now! Posted by Little Old Goose. 27 April 2015 at 22:25. Oh hes gorgeous - I love his scruffy little face! One day I shall have a pup of my own but until then, I have to live vicariously through others! Looking forward to seeing more photos :). 28 April 2015 at 17:54.

Little Old Bungalow | come on in…it's a work in progress
Come on in…it's a work in progress. Bad News and Good News. We found a huge lump at the base of his neck in August. It turned out to be cancerous. Our vet was hopeful that she could surgically remove it and then we can discuss our options with an oncologist. I was optimistic. We decided the best approach was to bypass the surgery and go straight to chemo. I wanted honest answers and the reality is that there are no protocols to effectively combat a high-grade sarcoma that had spread to the lungs....I mad...

little old hat
I'm not here anymore, but I will be here. Kicking the weekend off right with this yummy rice. You really must try, can't tell you enough how good it is. Hope everyone has a good Easter weekend. As you can see the weather has been a bit iffy these past few days. Not much venturing into the woods, so we have resorted to inside activities, like egg dyeing. We tried to marbleize. And we've also been having lots of yummy meals to supplement the cruddy weather. Who would've thought that eggless quiche. My husb...

Little Old House
Before and Happily After. Monday, October 17, 2016. Falling for Fall Colors. Among all the craptastic things Hurricane Matthew brought with him (fortunately not for us; we just had to survive five days without electricity), fall was the best. The days following the big storm have simply been beautiful: bright blue skies, lovely breezes, lower humidity, and - best of all - cool nights. Fall in Florida! After five years our front door is now a rich chocolate brown, and gosh, do I love it! And because we're...

Lite enklare, lite skarpare, lite mindre ludd i kanterna. Lite mer Vampire Weekend i hörlurarna. Ungefär så känns det, efter några månader i staden som faktiskt börjar kännas lite som min alldeles egna stad. Fint ändå.
