LPL Children's Department. Just a group of cool librarians sharing information…. October 12, 2016. SCLS has addressed an issue that was causing emailed notices to be blocked. It is now believed to be fixed, but patrons will see a backlog of several days emailed out. Unfortunately, it is part of the fix and is necessary to resolve the issue.
