Tales from the Road. There is also a little monument to Freda, the first female climber to summit Mt. Cook. This dedication was the most beautifully written. Including one Canadian climber. Tales from the Road. And of course it's November 20th so the Christmas decorations better be set up, ahhh commercialism. Something doesn’t quite fit in this Park… can you spot what that is? Fitzroy’s gentrification is good for parts of the community, including these school children. Melbourne’s Degraves Street is just one of the small laneways that you can wander down if you have a few hours to fill. This is a Kangaroo! It was a very hot day and they enjoy staying cool in the shade. This is a Meercat.
