On April 24, 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In less than three weeks I had a double mastectomy and all my lymph nodes removed. A week later I was also diagnosed with cervical pre-cancer. Get Ready to Romp! The Romp to Stomp Out Breast Cancer is March 3, 2012 in Frisco, CO. The event is capped at 2300 participants and usually “sells out” early. To register visit the Romps official website. More than 75% of the money raised directly benefits the Denver Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
