Contentment and Mental Health. September 12, 2014. This is a bit of a mini rant. I recently realised that I’ve clocked 90 hours of extra travel time for one of the contracts I’m working on. Counting up the days I officially work for them this is actually equivalent to over a 3rd extra on top of my hours. Not ideal. That if we can do it in our own time, it’s free – NO IT’S NOT!
