Saturday, July 11, 2009. Police Crack Down On Cyclists. Originally uploaded by DJ Riel. There have been a lot more crackdowns on cyclists that are riding without helmets. I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, I lost my brother in law to a head injury on a bicycle, so I know how serious an issue it is (he was actually wearing a helmet at the time, but still died). However, it does also seem like somewhat misplaced resources on the other hand. Lets hear what you think. Links to this post.
