Chronicles of Leonard: Christmas 2011
http://chroniclesofleonard.blogspot.com/2012/02/christmas-2011.html
Sunday, February 12, 2012. I didn't get a ton of good quality photos this year. The boys were moving around a LOT and it was still dark outside so it didn't make for good photography conditions. However, I still want to document at least a little of our festivities. Papa and Nana Kalvik joined us at home in Minneapolis. The highlight for both boys was definitely Star Wars light Sabers in their stockings! All that Eli asked for from Santa was a cookie. So, a COOKIE he got! Thomas the Train Pirate Play set!

LeBlanc LeBlog: Happy stuff
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-stuff.html
Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Let's talk poo for a moment. As a Mum to 3 kiddos and 1 fur baby, I've changed countless diapers and cleaned up many messes that have caused me to gag over the years, but that's all part of being a parent of course! Recently though, I've had to deal with way too many poo situations of toilet blocking proportions. Is it because American toilets are different from British toilets? Lots of other things have made me happy this week! I am not parked on the line! I'm a Scottish Mum of 3...

Exploring creative inspiration, elements of style, epicurean delights and the sanctuary found at home and abroad. Saturday, September 27, 2014. Point me to the powder room . I'm not sure why that small guest bath is called a 'powder room.'. My guess is that ladies would dash off to powder their nose for a little refresh. Actually, my powder room is the place that needs a refresh from floor to walls! Keeps repeating in my head. Now, where is that realtor? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

LeBlanc LeBlog: December 2014
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15, 2014. Christmas In The UK. A typical pantomime dame. American Santa gets cookies and milk left out for him, in the UK, it's more likely to be a mince pie and a glass of sherry. If I was Santa, I'd appreciate both offerings for sure. Christmas Dinner in both countries is based around the turkey, but sides and desserts differ. A staple in the UK is the chipolata - a tasty wee pork sausage, usually wrapped in bacon. What's not to love about that! Christmas in the UK. C'mon America, even...

LeBlanc LeBlog: Elk, Cherry Pie & Soccer
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2015/04/elk-cherry-pie-soccer.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Elk, Cherry Pie and Soccer. This place amazes me every day. On the way home last week this happened:. Right next to the road. Yes, I pulled over like a tourist and took a photo, but wow, who gets to see an elk herd this close up? They might look like gentle giants but somebody's dog was actually attacked by one of them at a nearby lake yesterday, so I'll be keeping our Molly on a short leash when I'm up there! We rewarded ourselves afterwards at Twede's Cafe. For our parking....
