http://heardinspeech.weebly.com/blog/how-i-schedule
Voted 100 Best Sites for SLP in 2012! If I am ever interviewed for a job and asked my strengths, I without a doubt will answer partly with ORGANIZATION! I think to just survive a grad SLP program and become an SLP, you have to have some level of organization in your life. I don't know how you could make it out alive without being able to put things in order. I do the same thing when I schedule makeups (see Scarlett! I have a master calendar for IEPs, but I like to have them on my weekly calendar, as well.

Teacher Present Levels - Heard In Speech
http://heardinspeech.weebly.com/blog/teacher-present-levels
Voted 100 Best Sites for SLP in 2012! Jen M, a Heard In Speech reader, recently emailed me about my Parent Present Levels. And Parent Case History. Forms She asked if I have a teacher version. The answer is, of course! I was hesitant to share it because sometimes the questions you ask may be specific to your school or district. The previous post still holds all the detail goodness on how to use the chart.
