I am becoming engulfed in the fingers of it’s presence. I caution my mind of the shadows there. Emptiness is all around me. Alone and afraid, I continue forward. Each step takes me deeper and deeper into the cold embrace. The darkness grows stronger with only an escaping essence of failing light. I can feel the evil that lurks within.
