Living Spiritually in the Suburbs: November 2009

http://livingspirituallyinthesuburbs.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html

Living Spiritually in the Suburbs. Monday, November 30, 2009. But Where is God? Having just read my last entry, I realized that unless one reads very carefully, the answer to Where is God is hard to find. God is in you. God is around you. God is the presence you sense when you feel you are not alone. God is what is missing when you have lived your life to serve only yourself. God fills your heart with warmth when you recognize the true importance of love. God comforts you when you are at your wits end.

She was 100% right, and I never forgot it.

It looks like this blog has opened a small office in the corner of my brain, and I am actually storing things there for future ref these days. Speaking of storing things, I run a small charity called Changing Winds Inc (. And rather then collect tons of money, we collect tons of stuff and send it out to Indian Reservations in South Dakota which are, by the way, the poorest counties in the country.

http://livingspirituallyinthesuburbs.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html

Living Spiritually in the Suburbs. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Welcome to My World. People usually say welcome to my world when they recognize their own personal style of disaster in another person's life. Welcome to my. World In this case, though, I have been taking a lot of time to recognize how one woman's disaster can be another woman's enlightenment, and that is the direction I have decided to go. Its called looking at the flip side, All The Time! I am even surprised myself. But it really can. But he...
