To Lie or not to Lie. December 7, 2015. December 8, 2015. The most recent theme in my life revolves around the subject: Lies, whether it means lying to someone or being lied to. By lying, I also mean instances when we don’t completely express what we consider true. I recently had a conversation with one of my sons about this and I remember telling him that choosing not to share or to keep something from someone in order to protect our space or privacy is different from a lie driven by FEAR of something.

Of late, I have started to look into how to make these assignments more interesting. Well, ok, there is only so much you can do with an event but if you keep your eyes trained and the mind open, you will find some very interesting shots. How much does it cost to process and print it? It was evening, the sun was about to set in an hour and the men, women and the children congregated at the river for washing, a bath and general gossip. The children, of course, were splashing around and diving in different parts and seeing who could hold their breath longest underwater. These are the results.
