For the Key Lime Custard:. 190; cup granulated sugar. 188; cup key lime juice (about 4 limes). 1 tablespoon key lime zest. 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter. Lime Zest Vanilla Frosting:. 190; cup vegetable shortening. 5 cups powdered sugar. Am I Good Person?

Monday, August 23, 2010. I woke up this morning and went outside. It was going to be a scorcher today. I began fearing my run scheduled for the end of the day. Not only was it Monday but it was hot and I had to run 6 miles. During my lunch break I quickly rushed to the grocery store to stock up for the week. (We went out of town this weekend so I didn't have time to shop yesterday.) I think shopping during my lunch break isn't a good thing for me because I forgot some key items.shoot! 2 TBSPS CHIA SEEDS.
