Summer is ending.is that good or bad? I can't decide. I REALLY enjoy the fall and being cooler! I enjoy wearing pants and jackets and especially the colors of the trees and bushes. So I think I'm coming to the conclusion that it is good. It's just too bad it doesn't last very long. I also enjoy the kids being in school and giving me a little more me time. So it's been about two weeks now that I've been in my new calling. I am the second counselor in the Relief Society Presidency. I like it a lot. I got the call the night we were at the bishop's office when my glasses broke. But then said that would be mean of them to do that to me too! So I'm starting to feel the love and they are GREAT! Northern California- Redwoods Nat'l Park. 1500 year old trees. 5 scenic drives through the ancient forests. 10 hikes through groves and ferns and elk. 3 days on the beach freezing and loving the water,sand and surf. 1 morning at the beach at minus tide with tide pools. 1 perfect 4 bedroom rental home with kitchen. 0 fights and tears.
