I think I've been asleep for the last 2 months, dreaming all that transpired. Today, I feel as if I have wakened from that dream (was it a nightmare? Week Oh, that it will be so! No more 3-hour classes! Or The Princess and the Goblin. I'm really excited for this change of pace. I do still need to work on my thesis revisions, which will be intense.

He bypassed the garlic cheddar biscuits I made to have more stew (and he adores biscuits). Please keep in mind that it does have a little "bite" to it, but you can adjust the seasons, as desired. (Plus, the "bite" wasn't any deterrent to the one-year-old, so come on, you can handle it! BTW, I love parentheses! Green Chile and Pork Stew.

The Gottschalk Online Family Reunion. Tuesday, December 6. A Day in the Life. Here is a short synopsis of what Jackson accomplished before noon the other day, and the reason we had to leave the house for the rest of the time before his nap. Broke a candlestick. Thought it was funny. Threw about two cups of cheerios all over the kitchen floor and stepped on each on individually instead of picking them up. Found the girls' Halloween candy stash and free-fed for 15 minutes while I was showering.
