London Livin': Wales
http://kginlondon.blogspot.com/2011/03/wales.html
This past weekend we spent some time in Wales. not Whales haha. No one knew what to expect from this trip because it's not a place you hear about everyday. On Thursday we hopped on the bus at 8:30 and were in for a good 3 hour bus ride. Quality nap time! But it was well worth it. Although we have never experienced anything as windy as it was up at the top! We made a great documentation of it all that's for sure hahah. Our bathroom was a freakin sauna and our window would only open not even half way!

London Livin': February 2011
http://kginlondon.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
So it's Sunday again. which means another week down and another church adventure. We finally figured out the quickest way to get to there so we leave at nine now. It includes sprinting to the bus, but another forty five minutes of sleep is worth it! Sacrament meeting usually starts late anyways haha. Before it started one of the old ladies (Peggy) came up to me and asked who I was. I've only met her five times already. Then she asked if she could touch my hair, oh she's a funny one. We finally found a fr...

http://kginlondon.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
A much needed weekend in LONDON. We have finally come to an end in our travels. I can't believe it but at the same time I am relieved. As great as it is to travel, it can be exhausting. We've had so much fun though! This weekend was great. We finally got to spend some time around our home. Thursday the weather was absolutely amazing! It was beautiful-sunshine ALL day long. A crew of us went and rented the bikes in the park and rode around for awhile. It was a blast! We were loving it haha. Then came Sund...

London Livin': When in Rome
http://kginlondon.blogspot.com/2011/03/when-in-rome.html
Two weeks ago we got the week off to go basically wherever we pleased. A bunch of us took off to Rome. Besides the food, gelato, sights, pretty language, GOOD looking men- it was way too much fun and one of the most amazing cities I will ever see! After getting home from Paris, I thought for sure I was done with leaving at 3 in the morning. Ha yeah right, we had to be out the door at 2:30 on Wednesday. Such a joke! I could have slept up in there haha. We were all ticked that they made such a big deal...

..Carly's London Living..: Shakespeare's Shadow, Graveyard, Billy Elliot, England FOOTBALL

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Shakespeare's Shadow, Graveyard, Billy Elliot, England FOOTBALL. BYU took us to Stratford Upon Avon, where we were able to visit Shakespeare's birthplace and childhood home. We were literally walking in his footsteps, because the stone floor is the same floor that has been there since before he was even born. The acting was phenomenal, and the stage had really cool effects. It was so crowded! And I finally took the time to walk across the Tower Bridge! And some of them were suuuu...

Thursday, March 10, 2011. Day 4- - MY BIRTHDAY! My amazing friends made my birthday start off with a bang! Right before midnight I had to grab something from my room, came back to the festivities in their room, and they had a little bowl of ice cream on a tray and a lit candle for me to blow out! It was so surprising and wonderful! They had secretly ordered room service for us to celebrate! I got to sleep in for the first time in months! But we finally made it on the right train to take us to Karlstejn.

London Livin': Belgium
http://kginlondon.blogspot.com/2011/03/belgium.html
I may or may not had an hour long bath. Haha. I'm not even a bath girl at all! Sooo that might give you a clue of how happy I was to have a nice size bathroom that I didn't have to share with 500 other people. Heaven. I could go off about how great just the hotel was itself hahah but I'll spare whoever is reading this. The next day we got up at the crack of dawn (10:00) haha and got ready to head out into Brugge. I loved it. Such a darling little city! Although the climb to the top-I thought it would nev...
