One of the reasons I've taken to video and multimedia work so willingly is due to the similarity to design of the printed page. As odd as it may seem, I've been telling stories in pictures, at first on a page, then on a monitor, since the beginning. But learning the new tools of publishing can be a bit of an obstacle at times. I've taught for a long time. My students have ranged from middle schoolers to college undergrads to professionals. I'll be adding new material regularly.
