Leoncio Maguiña sobre Aija. Leoncio Maguiña ha tenido la inquietud de escribir sobre su terruño Aija; de reunir las muchas manifestaciones populares que conforman el Folclore aijino, en su libro: "AIJA: SUS FACETAS". Dicho libro fue publicado en Septiembre de 1977. Este material será la base de la presente sección. En Huanchall, Aija, en los restos de lo que fuera la casita de su bisabuela Shantuca. Estudiante de la Escuela. Nacional de Bellas Artes - 1955. Después de su graduación con sus amigos íntimos de la promoción de 1958, con los cuales compartió los años de preparación académica. De 45 que ingresaron, egresaron sólo 6 este año (De iaquieda a derecha: Cárdenas, Jorge Salazar Cárdenas, Modesto Diómedes, Gaspas Osorio, no hay nombre y Leoncio Maguiña). 2009- Leoncio Maguiña Morales.
