This was the 6th year of the Dirty 30 and we are 2 of only 4 to have completed all 6. Last year there were 2 more and they came from Wales – they have decided to run their own challenge walk at home so we probably won’t see them again. Lochalsh has been bathed in sunshine for the past 3 weeks and Saturday dawns bright and sunny. Larr; Tummel and Freewheel...

Knoxy Runs: Chasing the setting Sun up Conic Hill

http://colinknox.blogspot.com/2013/06/chasing-setting-sun-up-conic-hill.html

Friday, 28 June 2013. Chasing the setting Sun up Conic Hill. Conic Hill is about 40 minutes drive from my house, so is an obvious choice for a wee hill session. It was a fantastic day and I wanted to get to the top to see the sun dip below the hoirzon. It was good fun chasing the setting Sun, trying to get to the top before it vanished behind the Arrochar Alps. Labels: Chasing the setting Sun up Conic Hill. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
