Set in a large secluded garden, the cottage is accessed by a bridge over the Grahamstone Burn. Origonaly a butt ‘n’ ben probably built for a ploughman and his family circa 1850 it has expanded over the years. A renovation was completed in November 2009. Open fire for logs or peat. Starter fuel included. 32 Flat Screen TV, DVD and Freeview. Sun Room with antique pool table. Bedroom King size bed. Bedroom Queen size bed. Bathroom with over bath Mira power shower and wc. Natural spring water supply.
