每一個周三都是個忙碌的日子，因為我要負責教波，晚上又要打球。大家都知道我在澳洲打球是個屎波，在球隊中除了一或兩次偶有佳作外，一般來說都是負責防守和犯規的。但這幾個星期好像有了些微的改變。上星期我拿了9分，我隊輸了球，但我卻在進攻端上和另一位隊友同樣是最高得分。今個星期我又比賽，拿下14分，當然主要原因是對手較弱。然而對於我來說，能夠看見自己一點點地進步起來，我的內心也感到很高興。其實自上周四開始，我的腰部便痛，這是發生在我投了70球後的事。當天天氣很冷，我一出去就開始投籃，也改變了平時自己的投籃節奏和動作，而且看得見的是我的投籃也有改善。我在完成投籃後便回去，也沒有做什麼熱身或舒緩活動，但第二朝醒來時便發覺腰很痛。只要稍稍轉動身體便會痛。當時的想法是要休息，因為可能是我改變動作後太依靠腰的用力，導至腰部過份用力。然而過了好幾天，腰部還是有痛，雖然有減輕，但直到昨天早上還會痛。晚上去到球場，我又是一輪熱身跑動，十下掌上壓，再來投了兩三球。然後就進入比賽。而努力練習，不間斷的努力就是我的“秘訣”。作為一個香港人我沒有因為這樣而有種驕傲，因為女兒還是在起步。對於一向...除此而外&#65292...
