Steps on the Journey. Saturday, September 09, 2006. What is wrong with this picture? I am sitting in my dorm room by myself. College Football is on the TV in the other room and I am not there. It is Saturday in the fall and I am not at a tailgate. Georgia Southern kicks off their first game of the season today and I am not there. So I ask, what is wrong with this picture? I still have on my blue though. Even if I can't see the Eagles, they will be piped through my computer speakers. Chewing Up The Experi...

Steps on the Journey. Thursday, May 25, 2006. There was a perplexing aspect to it for me though. The movie moved so quickly through the action that it was basically non-stop the whole way through. Yet, it still managed to drag in parts. It was almost like you are moving at a feverish pace for 20-30 minutes and then . stop. A five minute long conversation in a room. Then, it was back to the fast moving pace. Posted by John at 11:08 AM. Thursday, May 18, 2006. It Makes You Wonder. Posted by John at 6:23 PM.

When we arrived, we stopped for a little Texas style barbecue on the edge of town and then headed to park. It is now the experience starts. It is all me and my thoughts from here on out. 1) At A&M, they don't...

Steps on the Journey. Tuesday, April 18, 2006. You know, I was looking at my first couple of posts the other day and realized I wasn't really being very random as my blog's name implies so I bring a little something different today. The impact of a simple fantasy baseball and football league on a group of sports fans in a church in south Georgia. We fellowship together over the message board. We joke around. We compete. We agonize over who to pick during the draft, and we find ourselves rooti...This goes...

Steps on the Journey. Thursday, August 17, 2006. I have to drop a quick commentary on my favorite show on TV right now. No, it is not the World Series of Poker on ESPN, although it can keep me thoroughly entertained for two hours. The best thing on TV right now is the new season of THE CONTENDER on ESPN. A quote from an interview I found from a year ago says it all I think about Ebo Elder. Http:/ www.doghouseboxing.com/Henderson/Henderson0422a05.htm. Here is a link to another article about Elder. The Braves just got swept for the second series in a row and lost Sunday night to the Red Sox by virtue of the bullpen giving up 7 runs in the last two innings. Oh the pain of it all. Steps on the Journey. Sunday, March 26, 2006. I have a had busy last few days, so I haven't been able to post this.
