Keeping an open mind
http://newmanmu.blogspot.com/2015/05/dedication-i-met-you-anna-through-eyes.html
Keeping an open mind. It wasn't a matter of learning the kind of woman you would be. I knew by how Luke spoke that night and on every occasion thereafter that you were the kind of woman who would attract this kind of man- a man who doesn't settle, a man of discerning sensibilities and staggering conviction and honor. Purring Hurricanes: Tricking a Picky Eater
http://purringhurricane.blogspot.com/2009/03/tricking-picky-eater.html
Thursday, March 12, 2009. Tricking a Picky Eater. Forest is a picky eater, he always has been- even when he was nursing from the bottle. To get this little boy to get enough calories in him, I had to feed more often and supplement his diet with Nutri-Cal for a long time. Forest loves my mom's turkey and will cry and cry for some more of it, but I really don't want him to eat turkey and human food as a regular part of his diet. I really want him to get onto a normal cat diet. Links to Blogs Followed.

Me and My Boys: December 2013
http://rachelsnewjournal.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Me and My Boys. Friday, December 27, 2013. The Not-So Merry Christmas. Of course that was Christmas Eve so Mike had to get everything out and under the tree when I went to bed early. Luckily for the first time ever we wrapped presents ahead of time! So thankful for that. Mike and Rowan were watching the Grinch until 10 pm and Rowan was tracking Santa! Silas's fever was pretty low and was gone by bedtime that night. He still didn't feel too great but he was pretty good. Thursday I still had a fever. F...

Limes, Lemons and Beautiful Yarn: A reason to cringe
http://beautifulyarn.blogspot.com/2013/11/a-reason-to-cringe.html
Limes, Lemons and Beautiful Yarn. Wednesday, November 27, 2013. A reason to cringe. Seriously, someone posted this on Facebook and it has actually been "shared" 5,500 times.gag me with a spoon. I can think of a thousand ways to finish this statement better than the one in the picture. Here's the first 10 in no particular order:. If we don't teach our children to follow Christ. 1 they can make the choice that is right for them when they are ready. 6 our children may thank us later. I read a lot of people'...

Purring Hurricanes: The past year.
http://purringhurricane.blogspot.com/2011/12/past-year.html
Monday, December 12, 2011. I told Forrest to the emergency vet hospital where they diagnosed him with massive heart failure and no pulse in his hind legs. There was nothing they could do. and I had to hold his paw, look into his eyes and help him make the journey across the rainbow bridge. Posted by Within Purring Hurricanes. Circadian Cerebrations: Trivializing Truth?
http://circadiancerebrations.blogspot.com/2008/07/trivializing-truth.html
Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Yet another post about an article link. I love the Washington Post. When I was in college we got a sweet deal for a student rate for the paper. I think we paid something crazy like $100 for the paper to be delivered every day for an ENTIRE YEAR. How I miss those days! There's nothing better than a nice warm drink and bagel and the Sunday (or really anyday) Post. When we had our current local paper. He took his oath of office on the Koran! So, taking all of this into consideratio...

Circadian Cerebrations: Gun Gluttony
http://circadiancerebrations.blogspot.com/2008/04/gun-gluttony.html
Wednesday, April 16, 2008. While the issue of guns and gun violence are often swirling around in my brain, I have been thinking about it almost constantly the past few days, and it is certainly at the forefront of my brain tonight as I sit here writing this post. You see, a few weeks ago, I read this. No face-to-face interaction, just a click of a button and the gun is yours. April 27, 2008 at 6:45 PM. That's very true, especially when the child is born to parents how love and cherish her/him and who ins...
