Sunday, October 9, 2011. Bourbon "Beef" Tomato Sauce. This was my first attempt at homemade tomato sauce (except that time I bought tomato paste. gross. Don't do that.) and I'm pretty happy with it! It was just so-so, but then I added the bourbon and it really made the sauce. Hope you like it! 1/2 large red onion, chopped. 1 package Trader Joe's Beef-Less Ground Beef. 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms. 1/2 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt.
