Walakitang is a community of indigenous Miskito Indian people in the northern autonomous region of Nicaragua on the Rio Coco bordering Honduras. In 2005, we began supporting a small church in Walakitang with resources and visits. It is a place that takes a day by car and two days by boat to reach. It is a difficult journey and the travel is expensive. But years later this work continues. Link to donation page.

The world around fades away and he becomes completely captivated by the activity at hand. LosFartones – El comer y el rascar todo es empezar
El comer y el rascar todo es empezar. Alitas de pollo al horno. Se machacan los ajos en un mortero junto con la sal gorda bien machacados pero sin llegar a hacer una pasta, se añade el aceite y se adoba las alitas con la mezcla. Las reservamos 15 minutos. Se reparten las alitas en una bandeja de horno y con el horno precalentado a 220 con fuego arriba y abajo metemos la bandeja en la parte media baja durante 30 minutos.
