I was licensed in 1978 as GM8OTI, have always been interested in 'homebrew' equipment (I'm a physicist, after all! And at last am back on air again. My interests are homebrew.

A weekly audio recording of local news and events, and a monthly audio recording of articles from the Scots Magazine. Run entirely by Volunteers and supplied free of charge to blind and partially sighted Listeners. A registered Scottish charity, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Lothiansound was founded in 1988. Since then, around 1400 editions have been produced for hundreds of Listeners. Weekly recordings include local news items, a Scottish quiz, events and audio-described shows in and around Edinburgh.
