Saturday, November 21, 2009. It finally happened - Winn is here and he's stolen our hearts. After hearing the doctor's recommendations and doing some serious thought, Heather and Chap decided a C-section was the way they would meet their little boy. So, on Thursday, November 12th at 7:47 am, Winn made his grand entrance. Which by the way, Chap video taped and my mouth fell to floor upon watching. Even seeing it on video was so amazing! Thursday, September 30, 2010. Saving Udders One by One. Lately I’ve been trying to go on a “dairy free” diet, which is incredibly hard. I know, I know. I’m sure your first question is why? Well, I have psoriasis , a skin condition, for which there is no cure. There are steroid medications that you can use which do help with the symptoms. Of course, I can’t use said medications because I’m pregnant. So basically I want to itch my skin off and sometimes I think I might because I’m scratching so hard. Carte...

Thursday, May 19, 2011. My Family of Four. I'm now a mom of two! I'm also amazed at how wonderful my husband is. Everyday he surprises me more and more and I just fall more in love with him. I'm truly lucky to have such a wonderful man by my side to be my friend and partner. Watching him be a dad and seeing the love he has for our children brings me such happiness. How did I ever get so lucky? He loved her before she even got here. He was so proud to hold her! 3 days old and already has a bow.

Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Who's growing the baby? It's a little hard to figure out exactly how to tell a two year old that he's going to be a brother. I thought about it a while and then one day I just had the conversation. It went like this:. Me: Mommy's growing a baby in her tummy (insert pat of tummy here). Carter: NO, I grow baby in belly! The next conversation went something like this:. Me: Mommy's growing a baby in her tummy (insert pat of tummy here). Carter: NO, I grow baby in belly!

Monday, April 18, 2011. Tomorrow is Forever Away. Tomorrow, we go to the hospital to meet our baby girl, Gentry. We are being induced and have to arrive at 5 am I'm a little nervous, but mostly excited to meet this precious girl that will steal my heart away. Tonight is going to drag by. Thankfully my mom and sister will be here shortly and help me pass the time. Gentry - I love you already and can't wait to finally hold you in my arms! Scott, Holly, Teagan and Jellybean. I cant wait to hold her too!
