I have had the pleasure of working for Hayward Unified School District, Manteca Unified School District, Aspire Public Schools, and San Joaquin Delta College. I believe team work is important in order for a school to thrive. We must build a strong team around children to help them succeed. That means parents, teachers, office staff, support staff, and the greater community must join hands and support one another. Teachers are natural leaders! One of the roles I enjoyed was Peer Coach.
