Friday, August 3, 2012. I really really LOVE blueberries, so I was excited to make these blueberry mini muffins from my "Barbie Fun to Cook" book. They were fun and easy to make, and turned out SO good! The hardest part was not eating the blueberries before I got them in the muffins! 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 egg, beaten.
