http://mommysnaptime.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Reclaiming my blog - Did you see my new tattoo? I haven't been blogging very frequently. I hold no obligation to this blog, other than a personal obligation to catalog my work. . but I still feel the need to mention my absence. Shruti and I's Quiltcon tattoos Quilt Blocks and Expecto Patronum. Blogging was easier when I was home more! Anyway, my time as Tech director is now over, and I'm ready to get back to at least blogging about finished projects! Lol I'm so behind! I've publi...

I'm a twenty-something mom who loves to sew and read. I've been sewing for about fifteen years, and fell in love with quilting after my daughter was born. I love to design quilts, and enjoy the challenge of working with teeny tiny pieces. Zip pouches, paper piecing, and flickr swaps are some of my favorite things.

South Jersey Quilter: July is here!
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015/07/july-is-here.html
Saturday, July 4, 2015. It's July 4, and we've only been out of school a little over a week! I feel like I'm accomplishing so much more, and getting more steps in, than when I'm at work. I've been getting up around 8 each day. Yesterday was Dan's birthday, and next week is John's, Steph's, and Steph and Dan's first anniversary. Later this month is Connor's, Kenzie's, Juliette's, Amary's and Polly's birthdays. Baby Boy's afghan is more than half done. It's all single crochet, so it's slow going. Barefeet ...

South Jersey Quilter: Hot, hot, hot!
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015/07/hot-hot-hot.html
Monday, July 13, 2015. Hot, hot, hot! It's in the 90's right now. Too hot- walking from the garage to the house, my hair was soaked with sweat! I made eggs and sausage for breakfast, then we went out to do errands. The guest room is coming along nicely. Ralph has to fix a few tiles, and I want closet doors and another storage cabinet. Now I'm piddling around working in the sewing room, getting that in shape. We're hoping he arrives on Ben's birthday. And the beat goes on! Village quilter mystery quilt.

South Jersey Quilter: March 2015
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. The last day of March. March actually went by pretty fast. Winter just won't go away! We had sleet yesterday with snow mixed in, and we may get a snow shower tonight! By Thursday, it's supposed to be sunny and 70. Here's hoping! Two more work days til spring break starts, and it can't go by fast enough! Ralph has been busy laying out his garden. He's planting corn, peanuts, potatoes, asparagus and raspberries. Today is Mike's birthday, he's 59. And now to get back to crocheting!

South Jersey Quilter: August 2014
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 30, 2014. My new knee is 4 weeks and 3 days old now. It's getting stronger and stronger, and I can walk around the house without the cane, most of the time. We started back to work on Thursday. We had inservices all day Thursday and half of Friday, then we were released back to our buildings to set up our offices. Steph and Dan are visiting Manda, Ben and Amary this weekend- I'm so glad they are able to see each other reasonably often, so Amary knows who they are. More than I expected!

South Jersey Quilter: January 2015
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. We got out early yesterday due to the forecast. It flurried all day yesterday, and the blizzard was going to hit last night. All kinds of advisories and warnings. Bread and milk bought, cars gassed up. General hysteria abounded, mostly on the part of the newscasters. Weather forecasts every five minutes all evenings. Schools cancelled last night for today. We got maybe four inches. States in New England had a real blizzard, but not us. Oops. So it's a snow? Today is our usual d...

South Jersey Quilter: One week
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015/08/one-week.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2015. One week to go til I leave for Mill Creek! I just booked Rapid Rover for pick up and delivery, and I have my list of things to not forget. I won't pack til the day I leave. I still have things to do- mainly, quilt Baby Boy's quilt. He's due Aug 18, and Manda is huge. Second pregnancies are harder, since you're chasing around the result of the first pregnancy. Amary hugs and kisses Manda's belly, but I don't think she has any real idea of what's going on. And now to get tuit!

South Jersey Quilter: February 2015
http://sjquilter.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 28, 2015. The last of February! What a long, cold, snowy, icy month this has been! I'm so glad to see the end of it. I took two sick days this week- Monday I was throwing up, and Thursday I had such a bad head cold that I just wanted to sleep. This morning we had a couple errands to run, the went to Applebee's for lunch. They have an appetizer of sweet potato fries with dipping sauce, which was really good! Then I went into Michaels for yarn to make a baby chick hat for Amary. It's pre...
