The day went well until late evening when I ate half of a three musketeer bar and am now paying for it with a tummy ache and nausea. I haven't had one in ages, but hubby bought one for me and for some reason I have a terribly hard time saying no to him or the kids when they offer me food. You should always eat some protein with breakfast and lunch, because like fiber, it digests very slowly and stabilizes your blood sugar. A stable blood sugar promotes higher energy and diminishes hunger.". Another area where I've been faltering.no wonder I'm so run down.
