Concediamoci una merenda fresca ma al contempo leggera e, con poche calorie! 180 gr di biscotti secchi integrali. 80 gr di margarina. 250 gr di formaggio spalmabile (philadelphia light). 125 gr di yogurt magro. 80 gr di fruttosio. 10 gr di colla di pesce. Nel frattempo prepariamo la crema: in una terrina lavorate la Philadelphia con il fruttosio.

After trying many different types of candles, I've settled on the ones from IKEA. As my favourite because they have a strong and lasting scent.
