Thursday, June 23, 2011. 8 Potatoes - peeled, cut into bitesized cubed, and boiled. 4 hard boiled eggs (*see footnote). 1 cup Miracle Whip, or less depending on how 'saucy' you want it. 1/2 cup chopped pickles 2TBS pickle juice. 1/2 cup sliced olives. 1/4 cup chopped green onion (optional). 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp seasoned salt. 1/4 tsp celery seed. This sweet little guy joined our family a few weeks ago, and now the kids officially outnumber the parents! We're okay with that though! While I was pregnant I thought a lot about diaper bags! I have been going to town on freezer meals lately, and this is definitely a new fav! And its SOO easy! No cooking to prepare! Just dump and mix! Makes 6 cups (frozen - after you add liquid when cooking, it will make more! 1 can Cream of Potato Soup. 1 can Cream of chicken soup. 1 can chicken broth. 1 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 cup shredded cheese.

Thursday, July 28, 2011. We have an abundance of squash right now, which we are loving, however there are only so many ways to cook it. This recipe is one of our FAVORITES! I've seriously made this at least once a week all summer! It's not heavy, its light and yummy and not over filling! 1/2 box thin spaghetti, cooked. 1/2 cup chicken cooked and cubed (optional). 3 TBS Extra Virgin olive oil. 1 tsp garlic bread seasoning (mixture of garlic powder, parsley, etc. just use what ya' got! 1 TBS lemon juice.
